Saturday of Pitchfork Music Fest offered high-energy sets from the jump. As soon as I saw the lineup I was personally excited for Divino Niño / Maxo Kream and they surely put on memorable afternoon sets, with Maxo opening up the Blue stage at 2:45.
Pitchfork always selects a dope range of acts for their festivals and this day was a perfect representation of what they can offer in a single day of a fest. There wasn’t a poor set all day and the unfortunate absence of Jay Electronica was the only blemish on this Saturday of P4k fest; Jamila Woods took advantage of the schedule change and offered both an immaculate and intimate headlining set on the Blue Stage in the evening.
