POD Photos: Wallice Brings ‘The Jester Tour’ to Chicago’s Subterranean (1/11)

On February 10th, 2025, Wallice took the stage at Subterranean in Chicago, one of the many stops on her “North American” tour. The band embraced the album’s theme by dressing as jesters, bringing an upbeat and playful energy to the stage that instantly got the crowd involved. Many fans even joined in, donning their own jester-inspired outfits as a show of love and admiration for the band.

In addition to showcasing songs from “Jester”, Wallice treated the audience to some throwback tracks, including “Hey Michael” from her 2021 single and “I Want You Yesterday” off her latest album. The crowd was incredibly enthusiastic throughout the night, chanting positive messages like “we love you” and showing appreciation for every song. The band’s performance radiated joy, creating an infectious atmosphere that had everyone smiling.

Ally Evenson opened the show for Wallice, and it was her final performance supporting the band. Her set was a hit, with fans especially vibing to songs from her latest album, “Super Blue Love”. After announcing that her vinyls were sold out, Ally encouraged the crowd to continue streaming the album online. She also engaged with the audience, inviting fans to join her as backup vocalists on one of her tracks, making for an intimate and interactive experience.
