The National are bringing back their Homecoming Festival to their hometown of Cincinnati on September 15-16. The fest will be held at the ICON Festival Stage at Smale Park and will feature appearances from Patti Smith & her band, The Walkmen, Pavement, Weyes Blood, Snail Mail, and Julia Jacklin.
The festival will be headlined both nights by Matt Berninger and company on both nights, and they are planning to perform a unique set each night.
The National shared a statement via a press release about the return of the festival:
When we launched Homecoming in 2018, we were overwhelmed by the response from the community and by our renewed sense of connection to our hometown. It was such an exciting, memorable weekend and we’ve long hoped to bring it back… We’re honored to return to Cincinnati five years later and be joined by so many of our favorite musicians and friends.
Single-day, weekend and VIP passes will be on sale Friday, May 19 at 10 am ET. Get tickets and find fest info here: ntlhomecoming.com
