Angel Olsen’s got a new single out today entitled “Forever Means,” the title track off her forthcoming EP out this Friday, April 14th on Jagjaguwar.

Angel Olsen shares via a press release about the new track:

I’d thought of it as a kind of nod to George Harrison, who I’d been getting back into during the pandemic as I was finally calming down and finding moments of peace with myself.

The single’s release also comes with the news that Olsen will be hitting the road this Fall. The Forever Fall Tour of North America comes packed with multi-night shows in various cities including three concerts in the city she once called home, Chicago (at Thalia Hall), which she’ll repeat at Seattle’s Neptune Theatre, plus back-to-back shows for San Francisco and Portland.

Olsen fans can expect unique sets for every night she’s in town, an approach that will pair well with the different supporting acts that have been tapped for the tour including King Tuff (solo), Kara Jackson, Joanna Sternberg, Allegra Krieger, Natural Information Society, Sluice, and Angel’s bandmates Led To Sea and Nona Invie. Check out the Angel Olsen 2023 tour dates after the song stream.
