British singer-songwriter, producer, and DJ SG Lewis has returned with a single leading up to his second studio album AudioLust & HigherLove. This dance floor anthem in which SG Lewis collaborates alongside the dope duo of singer-songwriter Charlotte Day Wilson and DJ/songwriter Channel Tres is entitled “Fever Dreamer”.
This track is a wickedly ethereal dance hit that should be running through club speakers around the world. “Fever Dreamer” holds so much addictive energy and the collaboration with the eclectic duo of Charlotte Day Wilson and Channel Tres perfected SG Lewis’ vision for this track. Charlotte’s opening offering perfectly contrasts with Tres’ second verse.
SG had this to say about this track, “‘Fever Dreamer’ is the last taste of AudioLust & HigherLove before its release in 17 days, and a song about all-consuming admiration for someone.” He adds, “I’ve been a fan of Charlotte’s music for ages now, and have wanted to work on something forever. We met up at my studio in LA, and ‘Fever Dreamer’ was the first idea we started work on. Channel and I work out of the same studios in LA a lot, and he was working in the room above around the time of the Charlotte session. One day he popped his head into the studio, heard the demo of ‘Fever Dreamer,’ and immediately started working on the missing second verse.”
SG Lewis is seeking to create highly replayable dance music and he’s done just that with this new single.
