Re:SET is a new touring concert series produced by AEG Present has been announced today, revealing LCD Soundsystem, boygenius, and Steve Lacy as the headliners. The Re:SET concept flips the idea of what a music festival or general summer concert experience can be by hitting a region for the weekend and rotating headliners in each of those host cities. I dig it.
Taking over 12 cities across four regions during the month of June, the Re:SET concert series allowed each headliner to curate the lineup for their respective day – and they made it very difficult to pick a single favorite lineup.
LCD Soundsystem is bringing Jamie XX, IDLES, Big Freedia*, L’Rain*, and more DFA Records artists that are yet to be revealed (*unfortunately, only at select cities).
boygenius, the supergroup of Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus, have recruited Clairo, Dijon, and Bartees Strange.
Steve Lacy has called on James Blake, Toro y Moi, and Fousheé to join him for the concert series.
