Anitta has announced that she will soon be releasing her Versions of Me deluxe album, for which she will be releasing a new music video until it finally drops.
This week we’re getting the visual for her Chencho Corleone collab “Gata.” The music video was directed by Giovanni Bianco and it follows the Brazilian global star in a variety of scenes included dancing and booty poppin on an NYC rooftop sporting a spotted cat bodysuit, hanging with a black cat, and doing some choreography a la “Jailhouse Rock.”
Versions of Me will arrive via Warner Records. Check out the new “Gata” music video by Anitta above.Along with dropping the new music video, today we’re learning that Anitta will be performing at the VMAs on August 28. The performance comes after earning her first MTV VMA nomination (Best Latin, “Envolver”), for which she made history as the first Brazilian to be nominated for a solo project in the history of the VMA’s.
