Missy and Anitta, rollin up to the party! Hip Hop icon Missy Elliott has jumped on a new song with booming Brazilian Pop star Anitta called “Lobby,” which is being shared today along with its accompanying music video.
The visual was directed by Arrad and it follows both artists, together and separately – joined by a team of dancers, having some fun all over a hotel. My favorite thing had to be the fact that Arrad made sure to include shots reminiscent of 90s music videos, with a fisheye view of little else but the performers doing their thing directly in front of the camera.
“Lobby” is one of the new songs that will appear on the deluxe version of Anitta’s Versions of Me, which will be released on August 25 via Warner Records.
