Most people may know Joe Keery for his acting chops on the excellent Netflix series Stranger Things, but dude is actually quite the renaissance man that hasn’t let go of his pasión for music, and today he’s announcing a new project under his Djo alias.
Djo has shared the news of his forthcoming new album DECIDE and it will arrive September 16 (viva Mexico!).
After sharing a Djo hotline late last week that allowed fans to dial (928)-8-DECIDE to hear a trippy 8-bit audio teaser (tres 80s), the musician/producer is now sharing “Change,” the lead single from the new album. The track is a synth-Pop delight with jagged edges, featuring some beautifully distorted vocals and chunky psychedelic production that’ll get you dancing and swaying all the way through. I dig this, and I can’t wait to experience this live.

DECIDE is Djo’s follow-up to his first solo effort since leaving Post Animal, 2019’s TWENTY TWENTY.
