Carol City, Florida’s own PlayThatBoiZay has released his first single back, GOLD FANGS, with production credits to Rustoblak. Zay just recently survived a life threatening car accident, leaving about a three month gap in his release schedule. Fortunately he was able to recover quickly from the accident and continually drop heat like this single here.
When PlayThatBoiZay first hit the scene he seemingly came out of nowhere with an extremely abrasive feature on the closing track P.A.T off Denzel Curry’s ZUU (2019), leaving many listeners intrigued and hopeful for what he has to showcase in the future.
This track is similarly abrasive featuring some really glitchy production with some wild vocals and flows layered throughout. The single is also paired with a music video that I definitely think is worth checking out.
