After premiering new song “Plant Life” on Japanese radio station FM Karuizawa during Dr. Rob’s show, Parquet Courts are announcing that they will be giving it a physical-only release. The first new original material from the band since 2018’s Wide Awake! is available to fans via as a 12-inch single via Rough Trade and available only via the Rough Trade webstore and the band’s website.
The New York band is also announcing today new 2021 tour dates, which go on sale on Wednesday at 9am EST. Fans in cities like Jersey City, NJ; Marfa, TX; Richmond, VA; and Burlington, VT will be treated to shows this year.
