Dinosaur Jr. are returning in 2021 with a new album. The 12-track record is entitled Sweep It Into Space and will arrive April 23rd on Jagjaguwar.
As the press release notes, this album was slated for 2020 but was pushed back due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The recording sessions started in Fall 2019, with Kurt Vile not only joining the band to play the lead 12 string on “I Ran Away” but he’s also credited as a co-producer of the album.
The news of the group’s first new collection of music since 2016’s Give a Glimpse of What Yer Not comes with a new single called “I Ran Away.”
