The massively talented R&B artist has unveiled his most impressive offering yet. Xavier Omär has been working for years now, aspiring towards a unique sound; If You Feel feels like a full, refined offering of that unique sound. This is surely Xavier’s most confident effort.
Some of this album was recorded at Melrose Sound in Los Angeles while other parts were recorded in his home studio in San Antonio.
This cohesive album flows from front to back. Comprised of a beautiful mixture of uptempo dance-floor cuts as well as a range of slower ballads, If You Feel seems to stand out from the rest of 2020s R&B releases. Xavier’s production is intricate and tedious, it’s clear there’s an immense amount of care put into each second of each of his songs.
