Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to premiere via our pages the new track from Au Contraire. The song features Grammy-nominated artist Berry Boo and it is called “Hit It On The Go;” it serves as the debut Global Club track from Au Contraire.
The Baile Funk production serves as the perfect backdrop for the Brooklyn artist to lay down some sensual vocals. In these times of self-confinement, the world needs a reminder that there’s always time to throw ass, and this Brazilian booty bass joint has all the ingredients to get you off your seat. You can already tell this one’s going to be bangin’ when it finally gets played in a club.
When asked about how the track came together, Au Contraire shared with us:
“It’s Brazilian booty bass with Brooklyn swagger. Crossover club shit. The beat was originally intended to be a baile funk song but when I met Berry I knew she would flip it on its head. She’s insanely talented. More collaborations with her are in the works.”
