Tame Impala has released his remix of 070 Shake’s “Guilty Conscience.” Kevin Parker’s take on the standout Modus VivendiĀ track slows things down to a churn for the verses, adding psychedelic production and stripping it of the 80s Pop aesthetic that’s prominent in the original.
I know the vocals got deeper to stay on key, but it’s the one thing that doesn’t work all too well for my taste. It’s still a pretty dope remix though.
