Party on, finally, dudes! After a nearly 30 year wait, the time-traveling rocking heroes that are Bill & Ted are back for the third film in the franchise.
In honor of Bill & Ted Day, Orion Pictures has released the official teaser trailer and teaser poster (below) for Bill & Ted Face The Music. The movie was directed by Dean Parisot and it will be released on August 21, 2o2o.
Along with the return of Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves as Bill & Ted, the cast includes the likes of Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Paine (as the duos’ daughters), Kid Cudi, Kristen Schaal, Anthony Carrigan, Jillian Bell, and Holland Taylor. In the trailer, you can also spot Arcade Fire’s Win Butler in the council that summons Bill & Ted to make good on their destiny.

Film synopsis:
The stakes are higher than ever for the time-traveling exploits of William “Bill” S. Preston Esq. and Theodore “Ted” Logan. Yet to fulfill their rock and roll destiny, the now middle aged best friends set out on a new adventure when a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it. Along the way, they will be helped by their daughters, a new batch of historical figures, and a few music legends – to seek the song that will set their world right and bring harmony in the universe.
