Run The Jewels were selected to help Rage Against the Machine on their comeback tour, but we’re sadly going to miss out on that perfect pairing due to the impact of COVID-19 on tours and the entertainment industry as a whole. However, what appears to have been part of a plan to deliver something new ahead of their shows, now comes as a gift as fans sit anxiously waiting for something to make social distancing a lot more bearable.
Run The Jewels have dropped a preview of what’s to come on the hotly anticipated Run The Jewels 4, finally following up its 2016 predecessor. The new track is entitled “The Yankee and the Brave,” a boom-bap production that’s heavy on the bass drum and it’s got slick instrumentation to go with it. The duo we know and love is making us love ’em more.
