Back in early February, Hayley Williams released the first installment of what will make up her debut solo album PETALS FOR ARMOR. Today, the Paramore leader has shared a new track, which gives us a taste of what the second part will offer.
The flower color-themed tune is entitled “Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris,” and it is the result of her collaboration with boygenius, bringing Julien Baker, Lucy Dacus, and Phoebe Bridgers all on board to provide vocals.
While the COVID-19 pandemic is the culprit for why we’re not going to be getting PETALS FOR ARMOR this week, at least we have this to hold us up until we get to experience the album in full.
