The Strokes have made it official today, their next album is called The New Abnormal and it will arrive on April 10 via Cult Records/RCA. The band had already given these details last night to the crowd at the Bernie Sanders rally concert they played.
Those fans (plus those of us on the livestream) were also treated to the debut of their first official new song off the album, “At the Door,” which was played with its Mike Burakoff-directed video.
The New Abnormal is The Strokes’ sixth studio album and was recorded at Shangri-La Studios in Malibu and produced by the legendary Rick Rubin.
