Post Malone played the Allstate Arena last night for his Runaway Tour in support of his 2019 album, Hollywood’s Bleeding. The man also known as White Iverson had packed the house of the northern suburban venue, with fans that absolutely lit up the moment the house lights went off and his stage was unveiled.
In the time allotted to us photographers, we were witnesses to the title track of his Posty’s latest album, the Pop smash hit “Better Now,” and “Saint-Tropez.” While this isn’t enough to fully appreciate what Post Malone offers in a live experience, I can speak to how amazing it is to see him go from clubs to arenas through the years. Props to this dude.
And shout-out to my friend J. Rivera, a state police officer that saw me coming through the gate and jokingly told the security guard not to let me in, so that little mix-up made me miss out on snapping flix of Swae Lee’s set… it’s funny in hindsight, but not as amusing in the moment. ¡Saludos!
