The iconic Patti Smith was the a guest on last night’s episode of The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, with her appearance including a chat from the couch and a performance.
The convo piece provided some interesting tidbits including being a jerk to Bob Dylan back in the day and going viral thanks to Keanu Reeves. For the performance segment, Patti Smith played a lovely cover of Neil Young’s “After the Gold Rush” with her bandmate Tony Shanahan on electric piano.
