New York-native Skizzy Mars brought all of his energy to the Metro supporting his latest album, Free Skizzy Mars.
Supporting Skizzy were two talented opening acts, Zaia and Yoshi Flower. Zaia put on a very impressive opening set with tracks that sounded well crafted and catchy. Be sure to check out some of the Atlanta rapper’s tracks. Next up was guitarist, vocalist, and producer Yoshi Flower. Yoshi’s a unique talent; he mixes alternative vibes with an EDM twist that comes together alongside his raw talent and energy making for a dope solo performance.
Headliner Skizzy Mars came to stage sporting his signature cap and sunglasses beside two very talented musicians rocking a drum kit and guitar. Skizzy, with his name illuminated at the rear of his stage set-up, killed his set. He gave the crowd a great experience running through tracks off his latest album as well as hits from old projects such as, Are You Ok? Definitely try to catch Skizzy live before his tour is over.
