The supporting acts did well to get the crowd warmed up for what would be an intense night featuring a wide range of acts. Horus the Astroneer was first up and he performed the majority of his set in the crowd, moshing alongside enthusiastic audience members. Next up were Los-Angeles metallers 3Teeth, a group who brought unique energy allowing fans to really start punk-moshing. Following 3Teeth were Chicago natives Harm’s Way who continued the hardcore punk vibe with a memorable set.
Next up was headliner Ghostemane, an immensely talented rapper and musician. After performing an insane set on the last day of Lollapalooza 2019, Ghostemane returned to the Windy City and Chicago most definitely came out to see the performance. Running through past hits as well as cuts off of his latest effort, Hiadica, Ghostemane didn’t skip a beat while giving the Metro all of his energy.
