K.Flay played Chicago on Thursday night as part of her 2019 North American Tour. After having played earlier this year at the more intimate stage at Schubas, the Chicagoland native returned to the city not only to perform for a bigger crowd at Park West but she also came equipped with new music that has been rolling out over the summer.
K.Flay is best appreciated live and she added to that reputation with this show, making sure the fans in attendance went home with some memories to revisit. The genre-melding artist’s eclectic setlist delivered heart-touching moments and blood-pumping ones… And the new music is starting fit in nicely with the rest of her songs.
