Lil Baby’s The New Generation Tour hit Chicago at the top of the week, bringing along with him a fine collection of supporting acts in City Girls, Blueface, 42 Dugg, Marlo, & Jordan Hollywood.
Lil Baby is one of the biggest new talents to come to light with hits like “Drip Too Hard,” “Freestyle,” & “Yes Indeed.” The Atlanta rapper is a talented frontman that put on a hell of a display that proved exactly why he was given the reins as a headline act. The new generation is living up to its potential.
The rest of the roster sure made the early arrival worthwhile, highlights being of course live renditions from viral hits like “Thotiana” & “Twerk.” The energy that erupts around these is what shows are all about.
