The wait is finally over, Vampire Weekend are back! Ezra Koenig’s and crew have officially announced the title of their forthcoming new album: Father of the Bride. The fourth release, their first after 6 years, will arrive in Spring via Columbia Records.
With this news also comes a pair of tracks from the 18 that will be on the project, entitled “Harmony Hall” and “2021.” The former was written by Ezra Koenig and produced by Ariel Rechtshaid & Ezra Koenig, with additional production by Rostam Batmanglij, while “2021” was written by Koenig & Haruomi Hosono and produced by Ariel Rechtshaid & Ezra Koenig.
