The Weeknd has connected with French producer Gesaffelstein for a new track they’ve dropping now entitled “Lost in the Fire.” The song arrives along with its music video, which was directed by Manu Cossu. The imagery is like part performance art & part sci-fi, with Abel and his producer counterpart sharing screen time for the former’s performance.
While not as synth-y and Pop-leaning, it feels like a continuation of the sounds he was exploring with Daft Punk (also French).
