Beyond excited to finally be able to share with you today the first single from Cage The Elephant’s newly announced album, Social Cues. The band’s fifth studio album will be released on April 19th via RCA Records and it was produced by John Hill, who has worked with the likes of Santigold, Florence + The Machine, Portugal. The Man.
Our first taste of the album is entitled “Ready To Let Go,” a radio-friendly tune that demonstrates that, though “the majority of the material on Social Cues was written during the unravelling of Matt Shultz’s relationship,” they haven’t lost a step as they come back after 2015’s Tell Me I’m Pretty. The song has arrived with a new music video directed by the lead singer himself.
