The Red Bull Music Festival Chicago continues its takeover of the city, and our latest experience with it was the truly dope XICAGO showcase. The event showcased the Latin artists in Chi-town, bringing together a wide variety of talent that are all making an impact in their respective genres.It was a dope mix of Pop, Hip Hop & more, plus more traditional Latin vibes with the Pachanga dudes & Boi Jeanius spinning the finest classic and modern tunes coming out of our home countries. Also worth nothing was Runsy’s artistic contribution to this event.
Princess Nokia breaks norms with her music indulging in Hip Hop & Alternative, Navarro shows Latinos got bars too (and those Ryen & Astonish cameos were added dopeness), Tatiana Hazel’s bright music will be helping her break through soon in the Pop world, and Kaina has a mighty voice that is yet another fine product of the booming Chicago scene.
Big s/o to RBMF for shining the spotlight on our peoples to help demonstrate we’re no monolith, but rather a vibrant and diverse group making interesting art of all kinds.
