Pearl Jam’s tour is presently in full effect and for their homecoming show in Seattle, Washington last night, the local icons made sure to honor one of their late friends.
Eddie Vedder and company paid tribute to Chris Cornell, covering the fallen Soundgarden frontman’s song “Missing.” See that above.
The Emerald City stop also included a cameo from Soundgarden guitarist Kim Thayil for live covers of MC5’s “Kick Out the Jams,” Dead Boys’ “Sonic Reducer,” and the Stooges’ “Search and Destroy.” Watch those clips below.
