Post Malone’s nationwide tour made its stop in Chicago this past Tuesday at Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island. Fans that came out to the show were treated to some very good opening sets by Paris, SOB x RBE and 21 Savage. The man of the hour, Post Malone, hit the stage shortly after 9:30pm and ran through many fan favorites off of Stoney and beerbongs & bentleys.
Post kicked off his set with “Too Young” and “Better Now,” which are two standouts off of each of his first two albums. Songs like “Stay,” “Paranoid” and “Takin’ Shots” were some of the new songs he performed for the Chicago crowd. I was expecting more songs off of b & b, but it was cool to see him perform older songs like “Go Flex” and “Fall Apart.” The best moment of his set had to be towards the end when 21 Savage joined him for their live rendition of their smash hit, “Rockstar.”
