The Districts have announced their forthcoming new album Popular Manipulations, which set for an August 11th release date via Fat Possum.
Combined with that announcement, the band have shared the visual for their single, “Ordinary Day,” which premiered on Noisey. The music video prominently stars a mysterious, masked figure roaming the streets spliced together with shots of the band performing the song at an intimate venue filled with people donning that same white mask. It’s all a bit eerie and you’ll find yourself feeling that heartache in the climax of the scene.
Check out the video above. Below you’ll find the cover art for the new album.
