Cult Records have released a mini documentary of sorts that follows the making of The Growlers’ 2016 album on their label, City Club. The video was shot by Jack Sample & Eric Colonna as Bob Maynard interviews guitarist Matt Taylor and singer Brooks Nielsen, who talk about the making of City Club including the influence of producer Julian Casablancas, their approach to the music, how they’ve changed since the last album, and more.
