KAMI has released his visuals for “Home Movies”, the first track off his upcoming, debut LP coming early 2017. One half of Leather Corduroys KAMI, bka Kami de Chukwu, recruited Knox Fortune for the lead single on which we see him take a stark change in direction towards New Wave.
The video was directed by Andre Muir and it follows Kelly Bode as a daydreaming waitress who closes shop early to live out a dancing fantasy to the tune of a band called KAMI and the Whatevers that also features Vic Mensa, Joey Purp, and Knox. Peep Vic as a dishwater towards the end of the dance sequence.
