CRX – the new band fronted by Nick Valensi, guitarist forThe Strokes – will launch its first North American headline tour on November 7 at Larimer Lounge in Denver, CO and will continue to stop in Chicago (Empty Bottle), New York (Bowery Ballroom) and Austin (Emo’s). CRX will make its national television debut on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” on Tuesday, October 11. The band will also perform a set on “Wonderland,” a new weekly music show from MTV that showcases the best in new music, on Thursday, October 20.
New Skin, the band’s debut album, will be released on October 28 on Columbia Records. Fans who pre-order the album digitally will instantly receive the first single, “Ways To Fake It.” Fans can stream “Ways To Fake It” HERE.
