Kings Of Leon are officially back and they are returning with a new album titled Walls. The southern rockers have formally announced their new project, their follow-up to 2013’s Mechanical Bull, which will arrive this coming October 14.
The news comes paired with a new interview with Billboard, in which we get a first look at new material along with learning about the gut-punching story of when a valet lost out on extra dough after implying to frontman Caleb Followill that the band wasn’t still around and playing. The story touches on the “major shake-up” the band had to go through to pick themselves up from the poor performances of their previous 2 records and the effect of working with Markus Dravs, best known for his work with bands like Mumford & Sons (Sigh No More) and Arcade Fire (The Suburbs). Head over to Billboard to read it in full.
Check below for the track list and some teaser clips the band has posted on social to hold you up until we finally get a new single!
