Green Day will be returning this year with a new album, titled Revolution Radio. The band’s 12th studio album will arrive on October 7th via Reprise Records.
The new project was produced by the band itself and recorded in Oakland, equipped with 12 tracks. In the news release about their new album, Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong said:
“Of course the world has lost its collective mind… and me, Mike and Tré are lost souls too… Revolution Radio is a movement for lost souls to come together… dance together… sing together… and most of all, find each other. That’s what the spirit of Green Day has been about since day one.”
