There’s a new music festival headed to NYC! Founders Entertainment, the company that produces Governors Ball, has announced The Meadows Music & Arts Festival, which will take place October 1st and 2nd in Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens.
The inaugural lineup is stacked! The big names at the top of the bill are Kanye West, The Weeknd, and Chance The Rapper. That’s quite a headlining trifecta. Other major acts on the roster are The 1975, Bryson Tiller, Damian Marley, Mac Miller, Cage The Elephant, Post Malone, and Pusha T. Oh yeah and Twin Shadow will be performing Prince’s Purple Rain.
General admission and VIP passes go on sale Thursday, June 23rd. (Governors Ball ticket holders will have access to a special pre-sale.) For more info, check out the festival’s website.
