The Foo Fighters have finally unveiled that official band announcement they had teased last night, and the big reveal really was worth the wait!
So after that Oscars appearance over the weekend, rumors started circling that the band would be breaking up due to supposed indifferences between Grohl and drummer Taylor Hawkins, and that Dave would be going solo. So, the group released an official band announcement via a video on YouTube which addresses all of the rumors… The Foos proved they’re some of the biggest trollmasters ever as the clip shows Grohl as a diva, while the rest of the guys search for new lead singers and ultimately give Nick Lachey a try-out as they play “Everlong.” What a stroke of genius!
