When HXLT formally announced his self-titled debut album last month it was clearly evident that one of the most striking details had to be the revelation that his project would include a collaboration with 90s Punk icon Kathleen Hanna.
Today, NPR has previewed HXLT’s forthcoming album by releasing that exceptional song titled “Together.” The song weaves together elements of Punk and New Wave, and it’s so f*cking good! The only possible downside I can find to this track is that it makes me wish it was Neo on a Thursday night already and I don’t want to wait that long! Until then, I’ll “settle” for listening to this one on my earbuds.
Hear “Together” below.
