The Red Hot Chili Peppers’ unreleased track “Circle Of The Noose” has emerged from obscurity today and surfaced on YouTube via RHCPtv 5.
What makes this rarity so special is the fact that this one is actually a cut from the band’s short era that featured Dave Navarro on guitar. The band had gone into the studio for some sessions with their new guitarist, but they ultimately scrapped these because he too, like John Frusciante before him, was suffering from drug addiction.
Nothing had previously been heard from those sessions, until today as Alternative Nation points out. And just in case there were any doubts, Navarro himself has confirmed that this track indeed date back to those sessions. Hear it below.
