Dan Auerbach’s The Arcs were the special guests for NPR‘s 500th Tiny Desk concert, playing a 12-minute set that was simplistic but powerful either way, thanks to the help of the Mariachi band Flor de Toloache. For their closer the band performed a new rendition of Yours, Dreamily single “Outta My Mind,” giving it a softer and more soulful spin over the groovy vibes we hear in the original.
With this appearance, the group also announced their 2016 tour dates, which will run the majority of April and hit cities throughout California (including Indio for Coachella), Oregon, and Colorado. There’s no Chicago stop this time around, but at least we got to see the band do some killer stuff the last time they were in town.
