Over the last month we’ve lost way too many of our Rock idols, among which was Motörhead leader Lemmy Kilmister. While it’s sad to know the world lost one awesome musician, at the very least we get to see tribute covers to honor his legacy.
One such cover came last night at Friday night’s Dimebash, the annual celebration of late Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell, where Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl put together a special one-off supergroup made up of Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo, Pantera singer Phil Anselmo, and Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo. The supergroup paid their respects to the late Lemmy by covering his band’s signature song, “Ace Of Spades.” On top of all that, Grohl rocked out wearing an ABBA shirt! No fucks, son!
So killer! Jam out above.
