Before seeing Alessia I was already super into what she had going on. I loved the flawless kick back look and how she topped it all off with her beautiful voice. I love that jazzy kick her voice & the band had. “Here” was a jam me and my girls could relate to. Everything about her & her album was beautifully put together. The uplifting powerful words and that amazing voice made me want to see her live.
The show was opened by LEAF, Craig Stickland and Kevin Garrett. I was happy I was introduced by those acts. I’ve never heard of them before but they all gave me a reason to follow them and look for their music further.

Alessia captivated the stage upon entrance. She had a great energy on stage. She danced around in her converse to every side of the stage to engage with as many fans as possible. You could tell she was geniuely happy to be there and the audience was to. One of the reasons I was excited to see her live was to actually hear her voice. Her vocals left me completely impressed. Alessia’s band was also very very good. The jazzy kick added to the music is one of my favorite things about the whole act. Alessia ended the show with her debut hit single “Here.” One of my favorites, everyone LOVED it.

I’ll admit I wasn’t a die hard Alessia Cara fan going into the show.. but watching her performance live definitely made me way more of a fan. I was happy to see her performing and happy for her to be on tour. The “Know it All” SOLD OUT tour stop in Chicago was amazing to see.
