Paul McCartney has shared an alternate version of his 1983 track with the late Michael Jackson, “Say Say Say.” The track which will appear on McCartney’s reissue of Pipes of Peace, features newly unearthed vocals from those original sessions.
The former Beatle worked with his engineer Steve Orchard to reimagine that collaboration, incorporating unused vocal tracks from Jackson and switching his part to the opening verses instead of McCartney doing so. McCartney also enlisted Mark “Spent” Stent to give it the final remix.
