When Kendrick Lamar took to Social Media to tease a short-run tour called “Kunta’s Groove Sessions” was only going to have eight (8) stops, it instantly became the hottest ticket around. Today “King Kendrick” revealed those tour dates, kicking off after his special DC show at the Kennedy Center with the National Symphony Orchestra, hitting cities like Brooklyn, Chicago, and Atlanta before closing out in Oakland.
For this tour K.Dot will be accompanied by backing band The Wesley Theory, named after the opening track off To Pimp A Butterfly, and will feature fellow Black Hippy member Jay Rock holding opening duties.
