Chance The Rapper put on a mighty performance as he closed out the 2015 Pitchfork Music Festival. The hometown hero was legendary onstage as he and The Social Experiment played cuts off 10 Day, Acid Rap, and Surf, and one of the biggest moments of the night came with Chance bringing out surprise guest Kirk Franklin. The Gospel leader came backed with a full choir to perform some tracks, effectively taking us to church, and served as the perfect way to lead into the band’s Surf classic “Sunday Candy.”
Above you can see that amazing performance, with Franklin onstage and an appearance from Jamila Woods. Hit the jump to see other fan-shot clips of Chano’s headlining set including “Juice,” “Miracle,” and “Chain Smoker.”
