The Black Keys’ frontman Dan Auerbach has announced his new side project, The Arcs, at New York’s iconic Electric Lady Studios just a day after rocking Governors Ball. The band; which also includes Leon Michels, Richard Swift, Homer Steinweiss, Nick Movshon and Kenny Vaughan; is set to deliver their first album on September 4 and our first look at the project is called “Stay In My Corner.”
According to Rolling Stone, “Stay in My Corner” was inspired the recent Mayweather/Pacquiao bout (I get it, Auerbach!). It was released online today, and is also available on a 7-inch vinyl single with “Tomato Can” as the B side and it can purchased exclusively at independent record stores.
