A new Eminem documentary has arrived and it recounts the story of the rise of the Detroit rapper and how he built an empire. The doc features interviews with Dr. Dre and 50 Cent, among others, and it will take you from Em’s early days as an aspiring MC who self-released his debut album in 1996, making way for a chain of events that would make him one of the greatest ever and establishing Shady Records with Paul Rosenberg as one of the most dominant labels of the 2000s.
The documentary, titled Not Afraid: The Shady Records Story, was produced by Complex. Check out the 30 minute doc above.
