For this season’s secondary kit, the Chicago Fire have drawn inspiration from the city it calls home. The new jersey follows a hometown theme with parallel light blue bars across the chest, as seen on the flag of the City of Chicago. The full version of that flag is located on the back neck of the jersey with the words “Chicago Fire Soccer Club” printed inside the blue bars. Another feature seen on the kit is found on the inside neck tape, which bears the club’s long-time slogan: “Tradition, Honor, Passion.”
The club’s new secondary kit for the 2015 season will see its debut on March 22 at San Jose and they are scheduled to wear it 14 times over the 34-game regular season.
